Knowledge: It is important that we are working with numbers at home. Here are some posters that show the kinds of things we need to know and be able to do. For more information come in and see Miss Copland.

Facts to 10

We have been leaning our facts to 10 - all the pairs of numbers that add together to make 10.
Watch this clip and test yourself to see how well you know your facts to 10.

Multiplication

We are learning to skip count in 2's, 5's and 10's to solve multiplication problems.

Fractions

We started looking at fractions today. We made halves and quarters using paper squares. Soon we will be finding fractions of sets.

Facts to 5

We need to know our facts to 5. We have been practising these every day at home and in class to try and get faster!!

SHAPES
We are learning about 2D-flat and 3D shapes. Here is a song to help us learn some of these shapes.

DOUBLES
We are learning our doubles to 10 and 20. This rap helps us remember them. We are also learning our halves from 20 - if we know our doubles we know our halves!
